📦 MUULLBERRY SHIPPING POLICY
⏳ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package on its way to you.
🚚 Transit Responsibility
After your order is handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as “shipped,” Muullberry is no longer responsiblefor any delays, damages, or loss that may occur in transit.
Shipping carriers are independent third parties, and their handling of packages is outside of our control.
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out directly to the carrier using your tracking number.
✏️ Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Muullberry is not responsible for delayed deliveries, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees if an order returns due to an incorrect address.
🌎 International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country’s border authorities. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Because customs policies vary widely, Muullberry cannot control, predict, or refund these charges.
If duties or taxes are applied at delivery, the customer is responsible for paying them.
