Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Please read item descriptions carefully and check sizing charts before placing your order. If you have questions, we’re happy to help before you purchase.

🟣 Refunds for Wrong or Damaged Items

We only offer refunds for the following reasons:

You received the wrong item, or
Your item arrived damaged

To qualify, you must email us at muullberry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with:

Your full name and order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief explanation of the issue

If your request is approved, you’ll receive a refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

📌 Claims sent after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item has been worn, washed, altered, or used.

🚫 Customers Abusing the Policy

We reserve the right to refuse future service to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or fails to follow our policies. Muullberry is a small, heartfelt brand and we work hard to serve our community with love and integrity.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please double-check our sizing charts or reach out before ordering — we’re happy to guide you.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.

Q: My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
